Protein Power Smoothie

READY IN 5 MINUTES | CONTAINS AT LEAST 12 GRAMS OF PROTEIN


Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 tablespoons cricket powder

  • 1 tablespoon sunflower butter or peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice

  • ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients on a blender.

  2. Blend everything until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
