No Bake Cookie Dough Bar
READY IN 30 MINUTES | ABOUT 8 BARS
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup cricket powder
1/2 cup sunflower seed butter or peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Blend the oats first for a smooth consistency.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a parchment-line tray or container and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
Cut into bars. Enjoy!
