No Bake Cookie Dough Bar

READY IN 30 MINUTES | ABOUT 8 BARS


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup cricket powder

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter or peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Blend the oats first for a smooth consistency.

  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a parchment-line tray or container and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.

  4. Cut into bars. Enjoy!
