Nutrient dense Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cricket powder
1/2 cup of your favorite milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Honey or maple syrup to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar.
Stir well and refrigerate all night.
Serve with berries, banana, or nut butter. Enjoy!
