No Bake Energy Bites

READY IN 10 MINUTES | ABOUT 16 ENERGY BITES


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter or peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons cricket powder

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Place the pitted medjool dates in a food processor and pulse until they form a sticky paste.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor. Pulse until the mixture starts to stick together.

  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.

  4. Place the energy bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Enjoy!
